SENIOR ACCOUNTANT / SUPERVISOR / MANAGER

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant, Supervisor, or Manager-level accounting professional for a Phoenix-based organization. This is a full-time position offering opportunity for growth and leadership responsibilities within a dynamic accounting department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting functions and oversee accounting team
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Mentor junior accounting staff
• Participate in budget planning and forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or progress toward CPA certification preferred
• 5+ years accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Compensation

• Salary: $120,000 – $150,000/year
