Pay: $36.00 – $38.00 / Per hour (Conversion salary: Approximately $80,000 annually)
Work Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM | Onsite during contract with potential for a hybrid schedule after permanent hire.

Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will oversee day-to-day marketing efforts, including brand management, marketing communications, digital content, public relations, and promotional activities. This role partners with leadership and business development to strengthen brand awareness, support client engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, newsletters, signage, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging written content for internal communications, client-facing materials, press releases, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate website updates and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms and communications.
- Organize and update marketing assets, project portfolios, photography, and staff biographies.
- Manage relationships with print vendors, promotional suppliers, and other marketing partners.
- Assist with award submissions, public relations initiatives, client appreciation programs, and company events.
- Maintain marketing calendars, CRM data, and other marketing resources.
- Design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic marketing initiatives and business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3–5 years of experience in a broad marketing role with responsibility for multiple marketing functions.
- Experience creating marketing communications and supporting branding initiatives.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and WordPress.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Unanet, Salesforce, HubSpot, Deltek, or similar software.
- Excellent writing, editing, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, commercial real estate, hospitality, or another professional services industry is a plus.
