PCB Assembler / Soldering Technician

Location:Longwood, FL

Pay:$16/hr+

Schedule:7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 7 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Fridays


We are seeking a detail-oriented PCB Assembler / Soldering Technician to assemble and solder small electronic components in a production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with steady hands, strong attention to detail, and some soldering experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of soldering experience
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent soldering training
  • Experience with build-to-print electronic assemblies
  • Previous work in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Previous work experience with small piece assembly
  • Willingness to work varied shifts to support production surges
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • RoHS experience
  • Must have experience as a PCB Assembler Soldering Technician
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities for the PCB Assembler Soldering Technician
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings and build-to-print documentation
  • Follow Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSPs) and job travelers
  • Assemble and solder electronic components according to specifications
  • Work with small, precision parts requiring strong hand-eye coordination
  • Use hand tools and soldering equipment including soldering irons, resistance tweezers, wire trimmers, gauges, and related tools
  • Accurately track and record job progress and deficiencies (written and electronic)
  • Follow company procedures for lot traceability and part tracking
  • Record time, job, and efficiency data in advanced manufacturing software
  • Comply with RoHS standards (experience a plus)
  • Maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the assembly process
  • Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to accurately use basic measuring tools
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
