Renewal by Andersen is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Neighborhood Marketing Representatives. If you enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors, and being rewarded for your results, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you'll connect with homeowners in local communities, introduce them to Renewal by Andersen's industry-leading window and door replacement solutions, and schedule appointments for our design consultants.

What You'll Do

• Engage homeowners through face-to-face conversations in assigned neighborhoods
• Share information about Renewal by Andersen products and services
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations
• Work closely with your team to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Starting pay of $20/hour plus uncapped bonuses to take you to $60k-$85k on average
