We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Bilingual Receptionist to join our team in Feasterville, PA for our busiest season of the year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively communicate in both English and Spanish with potential for future growth and additional hours .
Previous experience in an insurance agency, healthcare office, benefits administration, or similar customer service environment is a plus. No degree? Not required. Are you a nice person? REQUIRED!
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in English and Spanish
- Manage incoming email communications and customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist clients with forms, paperwork, and basic information requests
- Support office staff with administrative tasks and data entry
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Coordinate communications through Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 applications
- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and clear phone etiquette
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft 365
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Feasterville, PA
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience
- Insurance industry, healthcare, employee benefits, or Medicare experience
- Experience handling confidential information professionally
