No previous canvassing experience? No problem. We provide the training and support needed to help motivated individuals succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Speak with homeowners in residential neighborhoods
• Promote Renewal by Andersen's replacement window and door solutions
• Identify homeowner interest and qualify opportunities
• Schedule consultations for our design experts
• Track activity and contribute to team goals

What You Can Expect

• Competitive hourly pay - $20/per hour - plus uncapped commission structure
• Potential earnings of $60,000-$85,000+
• Fast-track pay increases based on performance
