Shifts Available:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Weekend shifts and additional weekday per diem shifts available
Minimum Requirements
Active New York LPN license
Long-Term Care experience preferred
Ability to work evening, night, and weekend shifts
