Responsibilities:
• Assist nurses with patient care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in shift reports, patient assessments, and care planning activities
• Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care and treatments
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training

Requirements:
• Current LPN licensure in the State of Oklahoma
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or LPN certification preferred
• 6 months of experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
