Central Florida Therapy, a leading pediatric therapy clinic in Sanford, FL, is seeking a talented and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in helping children with communication disorders reach their full potential. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of the children we serve.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in childrenDevelop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation resultsProvide therapy sessions to address speech, language, and communication goalsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated careDocument client progress, maintain accurate records, and write reports as neededEducate and involve parents/caregivers in therapy goals and strategiesStay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of speech-language pathologyQualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyValid license to practice as an SLP in the state of FloridaCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
