The Opportunity
A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Senior Attorney to lead and manage an office within its Estate Planning practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney looking to transition from a large firm into a more personalized, high-end practice environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a local office and its operations
- Review and finalize estate planning documents
- Handle matters related to estate planning, probate, and trusts
- Manage and grow a caseload (starting around 15 cases, ramping up to ~30)
- Provide guidance and oversight to team members as needed
- Maintain high-quality client relationships and service standards
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey
- 10+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trusts
- Prior experience in a large law firm environment preferred
- Strong document review and analytical skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage an office setting
Work Environment
- Location: Pennsylvania & New Jersey (Greater Pittsburgh / Northern Philadelphia market)
- Schedule: Hybrid (in-office presence required, especially for client signings)

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $165,000 – $185,000
- Health insurance (approximately 50% employer contribution)
