The Ivy at Davenport is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We have opportunities available for both Full-Time and Per Diem therapists who are passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services to improve functional independence and quality of life.
• Train residents in activities of daily living (ADLs), adaptive equipment, and safety techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, residents, and families.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Iowa.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality resident care.
