Aventura at Pembrooke is currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated and compassionate in-house rehabilitation team!

In-House Therapy Program – Work closely with a consistent and supportive interdisciplinary team

Provide occupational therapy treatments to residents and patients experiencing temporary or long-term disabilities
Assist in relieving pain, restoring function, and promoting overall healing and independence
Deliver treatment in accordance with the established plan of care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and progress
Monitor and report patient responses to treatment interventions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
