Comprehensive Home Health Solutions (CHHS) is a locally owned, clinician-led home health agency serving Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and surrounding communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under the supervision of an RN.
• Complete patient assessments and document visits accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home care.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Nevada LPN License.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience required.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain before start).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
