Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs (including trach/vent) across all ages, while supporting families and ensuring safe, high-quality care.
- 1:1 care (no juggling patients)
- School hours = nights, weekends, and holidays off Mon-Fri 9:30a-4pm
