Join our rehabilitation team and make a difference in the lives of our residents! We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Rehab Technician to support our therapy department in a skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative healthcare team.


Currently hiring for Full Time or Part Time.

Responsibilities
  • Transport residents safely to and from therapy sessions.

  • Assist Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists with treatment setup and therapy support.

  • Prepare and clean treatment areas and therapy equipment.

  • Perform light clerical duties, including filing, organizing paperwork, scheduling assistance, and maintaining therapy records.

  • Ensure the therapy department is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff while maintaining a safe and positive environment.

    Compensation

  • starts at $16 - $17/hr

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous experience in a rehabilitation, healthcare, or skilled nursing setting is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to safely assist with patient transport and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong commitment to resident care.
