Responsibilities
- Operate a reach truck to safely load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the warehouse.
- Stack and retrieve products from high racking locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support other warehouse operations and general duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
- Basic math and reading skills to accurately pick orders and manage inventory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $18.75 depending on experience
