About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Service Technician to join our Building Services team. This role is ideal for a skilled commercial plumber with experience troubleshooting complex plumbing systems, drain snaking, hydro jetting, and emergency service work. Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
  • Identify and resolve plumbing failures, including leaks, stoppages, and damaged components
  • Perform drain cleaning using drain snakes, hydro jetting equipment, and other specialized plumbing tools
  • Service and repair systems including:
    • o Domestic water systems
    • o Water closets
    • o Sanitary waste systems
    • o Storm drainage systems
    • o Domestic water heating systems
    • o Hydronic piping systems
    • o Fire sprinkler piping systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system modifications
  • Read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate job status
  • Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations, local plumbing codes, and company safety standards
  • Deliver professional, customer-focused service while maintaining clean and organized work areas

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing service experience
  • Strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills on commercial plumbing systems
  • Experience with drain cleaning, drain snaking, and hydro jetting equipment is required
  • Journeyman Plumbing License or Master Plumber License preferred
  • Apprentice Plumber License will also be considered for qualified candidates with the required commercial service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commercial construction safety practices
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
