Location: Glen Burnie, MD or Gaithersburg, MD
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $40–$50/hour + Overtime Opportunities

What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair medium to large commercial HVAC systems • Work with rooftop units (RTUs), heat pumps, split systems, air handlers, and associated controls
- Perform diagnostics using appropriate tools and instruments
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble HVAC system components
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers about service needs and recommendations
- Maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations What You’ll Need:
- Commercial HVAC service experience required
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC systems and controls • Journeyman's license (preferred, but not required)
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
- High school diploma or GED
- Universal EPA certification (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
