O’Connor, Acciani & Levy is a local and recognized name in Cincinnati. We are seeking a full-time client intake specialist for our Downtown Cincinnati office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Facilitate initial client communication with empathy and professionalism
· Manage high- volume client onboarding, documenting accurate information for attorney review
· Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks
