Overview

‪JCSA Holdings Inc. is a private company that provides capital and operational assistance for businesses in exchange for equity in the business enterprise. The company is based in Albany NY but considers business opportunities on a global basis.

Location: Electrolit Manufacturing USA Plant – 401 Sheehy Parkway, Waco TX 76712


Position Summary

The Corporate Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational administrative support to ensure seamless, compliant, and consistent adherence to Human Resource Related items for the Company’s under the Corporate structure. The Corporate Human Resource Generalist will be housed within the Electrolit Manufacturing USA facility, located in Waco, TX. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA. The Corporate Human Resource Generalist will report to the Human Resource Business Partner of the Company.

Principal Duties

1. Support internal and external Human Resource (HR) related requests and inquiries as directed for all entities.

2. Support routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

3. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

4. Attends, participates in, and documents employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

5. Support implementation and monitoring of HR policies, conduct compliance checks, and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal procedures for all entities.

6. Oversee payroll and benefit items such as payroll review and submissions, ensuring accuracy in timecards, assisting employees with inquiries relating to payroll, compensation, benefit enrollment, benefit eligibility, benefit overviews, etc.

7. Maintain digital and physical records, update HR databases, ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

8. Support onboarding tasks such as recruitment, drafting offer letters, coordinating onboarding orientation schedules, performing system overviews, etc. as needed.

9. Support with organizing and facilitating HR related training and engagement events as needed.

10. Work with HRBP to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and employee support through all entities.

11. Other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge

· Knowledge of current Federal & State Employee Regulations.

· Knowledge of existing Federal EEO laws, and similar compliance requirements.

· Knowledge of industry standard best practices pertaining to Human Resource management.


Skills

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

· Working knowledge of Payroll platforms and processing.

· Working knowledge of Paychex and UKG strongly preferred.

· Must be fluent in English, Spanish preferred.

7. Active Listening – Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

8. Social Perceptiveness/Coordination – Being aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do. Adjusting actions in relation to others’ actions

9. Judgment and Decision Making – Considering the relative risk, costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

10. Ability to work as an independent individual contributor or team player.

Qualifications:

1. B.S in Business Administration, Human Resources or closely related field required.

2. Five (5) years’ experience in closely related positions may be considered in lieu of education.

Other Requirements

• Must be willing to travel up to 15% of the time.
