We are looking for a dependable, hardworking General Warehouse Worker to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workplace, and is interested in learning all aspects of warehouse and production operations. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to train on and operate coffee production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and production facility.
• Perform general housekeeping, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and cleaning equipment and work areas.
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials throughout the warehouse.
• Safely handle and transport green coffee sacks weighing up to 160 pounds using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment when appropriate.
• Assist with receiving and storing incoming shipments.
• Prepare materials for production and packaging.
• Support production operations as needed.
• Learn to operate coffee roasting, grinding, packaging, and other production equipment.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials weighing up to 160 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and operate production equipment.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be willing and able to clean.
Must be willing and able to operate a forklift and manual loaders.
Must be willing and able to stand and or walk for long periods of time.
Must be willing and able to multitask.
Manage parts, supplies and products inventories.
Maintain a clean work area.
Must be a TEAM PLAYER.
Must Read and Write.

Communication is a must.
Valid Driver's License with Clean driving record.
Punctual.
Professional.
Must successfully complete drug testing and background checks.
Basic Computer skills a +plus.
Basic understanding of Plumbing and Electricity a ++plus.
