Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete production and finishing
- Load and unload materials
- Clean forms and work areas
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Support production and yard operations

Requirements:
- Construction or concrete experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments
