Job Description
Angelic Companion Services provides essential support to children and adults with special needs, and developmental disabilities, E.G., Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Downs Syndrome, delivering personalized care focused on enhancing their quality of life. Working as an individual caregiver, you will offer a wide range of assistance, including personal care, mobility support, and companionship tailored to the individuals' specific needs during regular daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and mobility support to clients
- Prepare meals tailored to client needs
- Offer companionship to improve client wellbeing
- Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Assist with transportation and errands as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in homecare
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Completion of free onboard job-specific e-learning
- Strong patient care skills with empathy and effective communication
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in personal care assistance and record keeping
