Field Maintenance Technician

The Technician is responsible for repairing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical/electronic equipment used throughout NK POS. The Technician will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance tasks on all equipment in the office. The Technician is required to work with all types of hand tools, powered tools and wiring, network and system equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance in assigned area.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical/electronic equipment used in the office.
• Perform repairs and equipment installation/removal in an efficient manner.
• Maintain good housekeeping at workstations and work areas.
• Respond to location emergencies including equipment malfunction, and internet failures.
• Complete daily maintenance reports for assigned work orders/requests and checklists.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system of technician forms and inventory slips
• Special projects/duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
