Production Control Clerk - Entry Level

The Production Control Clerk plays a vital role in managing and coordinating production schedules within a large team of eight or more members. This position involves direct communication with the production team and CSR's

MUST HAVE WORKED IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in production control IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT
• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proficient in data entry and production scheduling
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and time management abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Schedule production activities to meet operational deadlines
• Enter and update production data accurately and timely
• Track orders and maintain order records
• Generate and analyze production reports
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
• Maintain thorough documentation related to production
• Coordinate tasks between shop supervisors/lead people, warehouse staff, and management
• Must be computer literate with excel and other Microsoft platforms
