Baylor LPN

• Medication Administration: Passing medications and monitoring treatments per physician orders.
• CNA Supervision: Directing Certified Nursing Assistants on the resident floor.
• Documentation: Completing daily wound documentation, MARs, TARs, and vitals tracking, Medicare and Medicaid charting.
• Physician Rounds: Transcribing orders and collaborating with Attending and Consulting physicians

Active License: Must have a valid Mississippi Practical Nurse (LPN) Board certification or Temp.
Attendance Strictness: Baylor programs usually have a strict no-call-in policy for weekends.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of long-term care or nursing home experience is heavily preferred but will train thru the week before moving to weekends
