Our client is seeking Direct Support Aides for opportunities located in the Middletown, CT area.CLIENT'S HOURS & COMPENSATION FOR A RESIDENTIAL AIDE* 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts are available Mon thru Sun on a Full-Schedule or Part-Time Basis* Client offers $18.25+/hour depending on contractor's qualifications, availability, and skill.* You will be compensated on a weekly basis!SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY* Provide Residential Aide or DSP service to clients in a Group Home Setting. * Ensure all activities are designed to foster growth to each individual's highest level of accomplishment.* Ensure all care and services are delivered in a caring and professional manner.* Participate in the house behavior modification system.* Assist with the transportation of Consumers in agency vehicles to appointments as needed.CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE* Must be at least 19 years of age or older* Must have a HS Diploma or GED* Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation is a must
