• Start: ASAP
• Requirement: Must be BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Procedures: Typical primary care duties. Some chat hours may be assigned
• PPD: 17 patients per day
• Patient population: Average patient 40
• Support Staff: MA on site & full office staff
• Schedule: 9am-6pm - One hour lunch
• EMR: EClinicalWorks
• Credentialing: Can be completed in 30 days or less
• Salary: 220-235k + 10% of salary yearly
