CDL A School Graduate - Regional Truck Driver

Our company is recruiting CDL-A truck drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet based in Augusta, GA. With consistent freight and mileage, these routes offer regular weekly home time, a competitive weekly paycheck, and a full benefits package from day one. This position is intended for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full operational support to begin a long-term driving career.

• Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities.

• Paid training: Fully paid three- to five-week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Schedule & equipment: Regional routes operating out of Augusta with regular weekly home time. Primarily no-touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop-and-hook. Assigned late-model (2024–2025) Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
• Minimum qualifications:
  • Valid CDL-A.
  • Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
  • Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Ability to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
