Field HVAC Mechanic -- Maintenance & Troubleshooting (Residential/Light Commercial)

Role snapshot

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems: chillers, boilers, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, package rooftops, split systems, controls, pumps, and VAVs
• Confidently read wiring diagrams and schematics
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear, timely updates
• Apply strong problem-solving skills with meticulous organization and attention to detail
• Work efficiently to maximize uptime and productivity
• Carry and climb ladders up to 40 feet
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation

What you’ll need to succeed

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC Service Technician experience
• High School diploma or GED (technical school preferred)
• EPA certification required
• Valid driver’s license
• OSHA certification a plus (not required)
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks: lifting 75 lbs+, climbing, bending, reaching, kneeling, crawling, working at heights and in confined spaces
