Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, bilingual leader with at least 3 years of experience managing landscaping crews, specifically focused on simple landscape installations and property enhancements (such as planting trees/shrubs, laying sod, mulch/pine straw installation, and minor bed transformations). In this role, you will oversee daily enhancement projects, ensure top-quality craftsmanship, and mentor crew members. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and guide an enhancement/installation crew in the field.
- Oversee simple landscape installations including plant material, sod, mulch, pine straw, and seasonal color.
- Ensure all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.
- Operate and maintain necessary landscaping and installation equipment.
- Communicate effectively with crew members in Spanish and with management/clients in English.
- Manage daily project workflow, paperwork, and material staging.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a landscape installation or enhancement crew.
- Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required for crew leadership and client communication).
- Location: Must live in or around Cumming, GA (or be willing to commute reliably to the area).
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of plant installation, enhancement practices, safety standards, and crew management.
