Plastics Molding Setup and Process Technician

At Foreman Tool and Mold, we manufacture primarily automotive and switch components in a clean, safe, and expanding injection molding environment. We’re growing our team with experienced Process Technicians and Set Up Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shift.

Why this role

• Own end-to-end setups: mold changes, processing, robot programming, and start-ups
• Leverage hands-on troubleshooting to keep parts in spec and machines productive

Pay

$28–$34 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

• Monday–Friday operation
• 2nd shift: 2:15 pm – 10:45 pm
• Open roles currently on 2nd shift; hiring for 3rd as well

Must-haves

• Reliable and accountable work habits
• Demonstrated ability to set molds, establish processes, program robots, and perform start-ups
• Past injection molding experience (required)
