Director of Human Resources / Staffing Coordinator

Qualifications & Responsibilities

Director of Human Resources

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • UKG experience preferred

  • Previous Human Resources Director experience in a long-term care setting preferred, but not required

  • Review bi-weekly payroll and update personnel policies as needed

  • Coordinate interviews with the recruitment team and department heads

  • Onboard new hires and organize employee orientation

  • Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Staffing Coordinator

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Degree in Human Resources preferred, but not required

  • Two years of Long-Term Care staffing coordinator experience preferred

  • Create and maintain staff schedules

  • Maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early arrivals

  • Coordinate with Human Resources on employee recruitment and retention efforts

  • Assist with annual performance reviews as needed

  • Coordinate interviews with the recruitment team and department heads

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
