Your responsibilities

• Read job orders and schematics to plan work and verify specifications.
• Gather and stage materials according to the prints.
• Use hand and power tools (such as a tape measure and standard power tools) to assemble and perform minor repairs.
• Run safety and quality checks on materials and products.
• Keep your workstation clean and organized; uphold strong housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with your team using clear, concise communication.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Operate under day-to-day direction from a supervising leader.

Physical capabilities

• Lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly.
• Occasionally push or pull up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable kneeling, squatting, stooping, twisting, and sitting as needed throughout the day.

Preferred qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to learn.
• Forklift experience is advantageous.
