Position: Georgia Pre-K Lead Teacher
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:


  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the Georgia Pre-K Content Standards.
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate student records.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Maintain compliance with Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL) regulations and program requirements.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings.
Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field (required).
  • Valid Georgia teaching certification or eligibility to teach Georgia Pre-K.
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
