The Sprinkler Installer Helper plays a crucial supporting role in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems across residential, commercial, and public properties. This position involves assisting experienced sprinkler installers by preparing job sites, handling materials, and ensuring tools and equipment are ready and maintained. The role requires physical stamina and attention to detail to help achieve efficient and high-quality sprinkler system installations that meet client specifications and industry standards. The helper will also contribute to basic repairs under supervision, ensuring systems operate effectively to conserve water and promote healthy landscaping. Ultimately, this position is designed to provide hands-on experience and foundational knowledge for career growth within the irrigation and landscaping industry.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED minimum
- Graduation from a vocational school and/or apprenticeship preferred
- Two (2) years of verifiable commercial construction experience
- Service experience is a plus • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen with valid driver's license and good driving record
Responsibilities:
- Assist Foreman with the installation of fire protection piping, valves, and accessories for commercial, residential & industrial applications.
- Assist with the Installation/Service performed on wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems.
- Follow directions from the job Foreman and assist with the preparation of the pipe.
- Arrive on time to projects where assigned.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- The ability to carry/move equipment or tools weighing up to 50 lbs
