Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments
- Greet and assist Veterans, visitors, and staff
- Handle check-in/check-out processes
- Verify patient information and eligibility
- Maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation
- Coordinate with providers and clinical teams
- Process consults, referrals, and documentation
- Manage incoming calls and patient inquiries
- Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
