As our Scheduler/Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our team, ensuring seamless coordination and scheduling of in-home care services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule in-home care services for clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care
Collaborate with clients and caregivers to understand care needs and preferences

About the Role:
This full-time opportunity offers an annual salary range of $40,000 - $55,000

Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with flexibility to answer calls during
Clock-Ins, Clock-Outs and Call-Offs
On-Call evening and weekend rotations
