Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment.
- Assist with cleaning, site preparation, and maintaining an organized work area.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Support warehouse, production, or construction-related tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily assignments.
- Perform additional duties as required to support operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
