Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure

About the Opportunity

Help build the foundation that powers the next generation of AI applications. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll architect and own infrastructure systems that enable product teams to ship fast without worrying about reliability or scale. This is high-impact, systems-level work.

What You'll Do

• Design and build infrastructure platforms (CI/CD, observability, service mesh, etc.)
• Improve developer productivity by reducing toil and improving tooling
• Own reliability and performance; drive SLA improvements across the platform
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to unblock scaling challenges
• Mentor engineers; participate in architecture reviews and technical decisions

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of software engineering; 3+ years focused on infrastructure, platform, or DevOps
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience building internal developer platforms or enabling tools
• Systems thinking; ability to design for scale, reliability, and observability
• Comfortable with Linux, shell scripting, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm, etc.)

Preferred: Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI); background in observability stacks; knowledge of databases and data pipeline infrastructure.

• Base salary: $200,000–$260,000 USD
