The Phoenix Recovery Center, LLC is a comprehensive addiction and mental health treatment center located in South Jordan, Utah. We serve individuals and families through a full continuum of care, including Residential Treatment, Day Treatment (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP).

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a fully licensed clinician who is qualified to provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians in Utah.

This position can be structured as either full-time or part-time, depending on the right candidate. The role will include a combination of direct clinical care and supervision/support of other clinicians on our team.

We’re looking for someone who has strong clinical judgment, enjoys mentoring other clinicians, and values a collaborative approach to treatment.

Qualifications
  • Master’s-level clinical degree from an accredited program
  • Fully licensed in the State of Utah (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or other applicable independent clinical license)
  • Qualified and able to provide clinical supervision toward licensure in Utah
  • In good standing with the Utah Department of Professional Licensing (DOPL)
  • Experience providing clinical supervision or mentoring clinicians preferred
  • Experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to associate-level clinicians
  • Provide individual and/or group therapy based on scheduled hours and program needs
  • Maintain a manageable caseload
  • Support clinicians with case conceptualization, documentation, clinical decision-making, and professional development
  • Help ensure clinical services meet Phoenix standards and applicable licensing requirements
  • Utilize and support The Phoenix’s standardized clinical curriculum and programming
  • Collaborate closely with clinical leadership and the multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Attend and contribute to clinical and staff meetings as applicable
  • Model empathy, accountability, professionalism, and integrity
Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: DOE (Dependent on Experience)
Compensation will be based on licensure, supervisory experience, clinical experience, and whether the position is structured as full-time or part-time.

Part-Time Opportunities

We are also open to a part-time fully licensed clinician/clinical supervisor who is looking for consistent additional hours.

Part-time scheduling and compensation can be structured based on availability, supervision responsibilities, and direct clinical hours.
