Our Power Generation team supports customers with Caterpillar generator systems, energy solutions, parts, and service support for a variety of industries. The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys identifying opportunities, building customer partnerships, and delivering solutions.

What You’ll Do:
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify sales opportunities for Caterpillar parts, service, and power solutions
• Partner with service teams and technicians to provide customer solutions
• Prepare quotes and proposals to support customer needs
• Follow up with customers and drive business growth
• Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process
What We’re Looking For:
• Sales, account management, or customer relationship experience
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results
• Experience in power generation, equipment, industrial sales, automotive, or related industries is a plus
