Night Shift Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

As a Foundry Production Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind a team of 10-15 employees and work with the melting, casting, packaging and shipping of aluminum into customer requested specifications in a manner to ensure quality production in a safe work environment. In this role you will be required to deliver on production targets and ensure that the foundry floor runs smoothly and efficiently.

We are a Union facility and the Production Night Shift Supervisor will work a 2-2-3 2-2-3 rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts 6pm-6am.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· At least two years of supervisory experience in an industrial or secondary metal aluminum setting preferred

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Working knowledge of Spectrometer Analysis helpful

· Union Experience Preferred

· Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and vacation coverage

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and highly motivated
