Manufacturing Manager

We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the manufacturing process of cable assemblies and harnesses with a hands on approach.
• Oversee the production process.
• Ensure that production follows appropriate workflow and assembly methods, making it cost effective.
• Meet manufacturing performance and quality goals.
• Hire, schedule and train production staff.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 AND WHMA 620.
• Minimum of four years management experience in production/manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Goal oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
