About IronWolf Exteriors

IronWolf Exteriors is a locally owned exterior services company serving Gonzales, Baton Rouge, Prairieville, and surrounding areas. We provide roofing, fencing, gutters, siding, decking, pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services.

We are growing our pressure washing and soft washing division and looking for motivated sales representatives who are comfortable talking to homeowners and generating their own opportunities.

Position Overview

As a Pressure Washing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for finding and closing exterior cleaning jobs. This includes pressure washing, soft washing, driveway cleaning, house washing, fence washing, roof soft washing, patio cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services.

This is a part-time, commission-only outside sales role. The right person is self-motivated, coachable, confident, and willing to generate their own leads through door knocking, cold calling, Facebook prospecting, referrals, and occasional company-generated leads.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads through door knocking, cold calling, Facebook/community group prospecting, referrals, and neighborhood canvassing
• Meet with homeowners and explain IronWolf’s pressure washing and soft washing services
• Provide basic estimates for exterior cleaning services
• Sell bundled cleaning packages such as house wash, driveway, sidewalk, patio, and fence cleaning
• Follow up with leads and open estimates
• Enter leads, notes, and sold jobs into the company CRM
• Communicate clearly with management and the production team
• Represent IronWolf Exteriors professionally in the field
• Meet weekly activity and sales expectations

Schedule

This is a part-time position.

Standard schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Every other Saturday
• Additional hours may be available based on performance and demand

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.

Sales representatives are paid based on sold and collected pressure washing / soft washing jobs.

Top performers have the opportunity to earn more by consistently generating leads, closing jobs, and building repeat/referral business.

• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable knocking doors and talking to homeowners
• Comfortable cold calling and following up with leads
• Willing to prospect through Facebook groups, neighborhood pages, and referrals
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Smartphone required
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Pressure washing or home service experience is a plus

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is hungry, consistent, and willing to work. You do not need years of experience, but you must be comfortable approaching homeowners, creating conversations, following up, and asking for the sale.
