Order Management Specialist

Allen Organ Company is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our team in our AIA Division. The Order Management Specialist ensures that quotes are completed, orders are entered into the ERP system, and information is communicated with our customers, including delivery dates and changes. The person in this role must be detail orientated, able to manage multiple priorities, and have excellent customer service and communication skills. This position is onsite at our location in Macungie, PA. The hours are based on production which are 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare and follow up on customer quotes.

· Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system.

· Respond to customer questions and requests in a timely manner.

· Monitor order status and provide customers with updates on delivery schedules.

· Help resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality concerns.

· Review customer forecasts and communicate changes to the planning team.

· Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, planning, production, and quality to meet customer requirements.

· Build strong relationships with customers through responsive, professional service.

· Maintain accurate customer and order information.

Requirements:

· 2–5 years of prior experience in customer service, order entry, and preparing quotes in a manufacturing environment.

· Proficiency with ERP system, as well as Microsoft Office applications.

· Experience in electronics manufacturing or printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) is preferred.
