Server & Bartender

The Server & Bartender plays a vital role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service within a small, dedicated team. This position is responsible for managing customer interactions, preparing drinks, handling cash transactions, and maintaining inventory and cleanliness to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. The role requires adept multitasking and compliance with alcohol safety regulations, utilizing popular commercial POS systems for efficient order processing.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and prepare drinks promptly and accurately
• Deliver exemplary customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems securely
• Manage inventory to ensure availability of supplies and ingredients
• Set up tables and maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Comply with alcohol safety and service regulations
• Collaborate closely with a small team of 1-5 members to maintain seamless operations

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in food and beverage service
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Experience in cash handling and transaction processing
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18+ years of age
