Overview

Are you an experienced Human Resources professional who understands that in a small business environment, execution is just as important as expertise? Do you enjoy supporting employees, helping managers navigate HR matters, and ensuring every detail is handled accurately? Do you take pride in maintaining organized processes, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a positive employee experience?

As our Human Resources Manager, you will manage the day-to-day administration of Human Resources while personally handling the documentation, processes, and activities that support our employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle. You'll be actively involved in recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, leave administration, compliance, and HR recordkeeping, ensuring each process is completed accurately, timely, and with a high level of professionalism. You'll also serve as a trusted HR resource to leadership, providing practical guidance and advice on all aspects of people management, including hiring, performance, employee relations, development, compensation, and employment practices.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with managers and employees every day to answer questions, prepare employment documentation, administer HR programs, maintain employee records, coordinate benefit enrollments, support performance discussions, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. You'll manage our established HR systems and processes with a mindset of Always Improving, identifying practical opportunities to simplify workflows, improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, and enhance the employee experience.

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with employee interaction, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to ensure every aspect of Human Resources is handled with care and consistency.

If you're looking for an opportunity where your HR expertise, organizational skills, and commitment to serving others will make a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.
