Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Negotiations Department Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX to provide administrative and operational support to our Negotiations Department. This position plays a critical role in coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, maintaining confidential records, preparing reports and meeting materials, tracking key deadlines, and supporting day-to-day departmental operations. The Coordinator will work closely with department leadership and staff to ensure the efficient administration of collective bargaining, contract negotiations, and related activities.
In addition to administrative responsibilities, this role will support departmental research initiatives involving labor law, employment law, collective bargaining agreements, and related workforce topics. The Negotiations Department Coordinator will assist with gathering, organizing, and summarizing information from various sources to support negotiations, contract administration, and strategic planning efforts. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong organizational, communication, and research skills who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Must have 5+years of Administrative experience
- Must have Associate's degree
- Experience working in a legal office, labor union, or related environment preferred
- Paralegal experience preferred
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $25.00-$35.00/hour
