Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. This part-time position offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to expand to full-time as the practice grows. The ideal candidate will specialize in pediatric feeding and sensory therapy, providing high-quality, individualized care to children in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pediatric occupational therapy services focusing on feeding and sensory needs.

  • Deliver interventions primarily for children with minimal fine motor requirements.

  • Work collaboratively with families to implement therapy plans and achieve goals.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies.

  • Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), pediatric experience preferred.

  • Valid license to practice in Michigan.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Passion for working with children and supporting their developmental progress.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
